BRAND MONITORING FOR AB INBEV

 

In this case study, we found more than 20,000 posts and comments with mentions of AB InBev or its products in social networks. We monitored how the number of mentions was changing over time and increasing during promotions or football activities.

MENTIONS ANALYSIS IN THE CASE STUDY ON BANNING VKONTAKTE IN UKRAINE

 

During the topic analysis of posts, we identified ideological posts by monitoring mentions of keywords before and after the government of Ukraine banned the VKontakte social network. We concluded that the share of ideological posts increased after the ban.
